This webinar will discuss why intergenerational relationships are important, explore ways your library can help strengthen intergenerational connections through programming, space allocation, and interactive exhibits. 


When libraries intentionally foster intergenerational interactions they contribute to building stronger communities.  This webinar will help you turn your library into a community intergenerational catalyst.


At the end of this webinar, participants will:

  1. Learn about the importance of intergenerational relationships
  2. Explore ways the libraries can encourage the development of intergenerational relationships through programming, use of space, and community interactive pieces
  3. A list of programming and activity ideas
