Librarians frequently interact with their patrons in this fraught environment. How can we teach civil discourse with so much incivility?


Carrie has taught college online and in-person since 2015 and holds certifications in online teaching. 

She has also taught K-12 students’ digital etiquette and how to better communicate online in her work as founder of the mission-based company Digital Respons-Ability.
