Many libraries have added creative services or spaces in recent years.

 It is time to take these to the next level by intentionally facilitating creative communities.

 In this engaging session, we will dive in to what a creative community is, why your library should care, and how to start facilitating one.

We will use activities from the Creative Communities in Library Field Guide to make concrete plans.

As a result of this program, participants will:

• Understand difference between creative services, spaces, and communities
• Identify a creative community opportunity at their library
• Work through the pieces involved in their creative community
• Create a map to help them visualize and improve opportunity for creative community
